After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 with a First Class Honours in Physiotherapy, Courtney began working in a private Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic in Auckland, New Zealand – treating a multitude of clients with a variety of musculoskeletal issues. She has seen a great clinical benefit from manual therapy and dry needling. Having since adopted a Pilates role, she’s found that the effects of exercise, posture and education are also vital for allowing clients to reach their full health potential.
In 2020, Courtney began training to support her professional passion of working within the Women’s Health sector. She completed courses focusing on pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy to broaden her knowledge and has since been developing her skills in evidence based practice when working with pregnant, post-natal and menopausal females.
